FAQ about my fine-art photography prints.
How is my order printed? — With the state-of-the-art Epson SureColor P9570, equipped with UltraChrome PRO12 Ink (12-color) for an expansive color range.
What are the specs on the paper rag you use? — Textured Matte | 308 gsm | 18.9 mil | 100% Cotton Fiber.
What is the turn-around time? I personally process all orders which takes me 1-2 business days. Then the printers take 3-5 business days to produce the art. The shipping depends on what you choose but there is free economy shipping on orders over $100.
What makes these prints different from standard prints? — These photos are printed on superior, museum-quality, acid-free papers using archival inks. This combination ensures exceptional detail, durability, and color fidelity, making them ideal for artists and collectors. I could print them at CVS, but I respect myself.
What if I want a different print that I don’t see here? — I’m always happy to do a custom order for photography prints. Please contact me and I’ll work with you closely to take care of your needs.
How should I handle and display fine art prints? —Handle your prints with care, ideally with cotton gloves, and frame them behind UV-protective glass to prevent fading. Keep them out of direct sunlight and in stable temperature and humidity conditions.
How long do fine art prints last? — These fine-art photography prints are designed to last over a century without significant fading when properly cared for, thanks to the archival quality of the inks and papers.
What if my print doesn’t meet my expectations? — Your satisfaction is my top priority. If your print doesn’t meet your expectations, please reach out to me within 3 days of arrival of the print. While my producers don't offer pre-print proofs, they are committed to working to resolve any issues and ensure complete satisfaction with the final product.
What if I want to license this photo for my business? — I’m happy to work out art licensing for your space, you can learn more here.
